I was really let down during my stay; the beach views were incredible, but overall, this hotel didn't live up to the expectations set by the Bonvoy program. The rooms were clean and had nice amenities, but the family atmosphere made it feel crowded and not particularly relaxing. While the stingray tour was an awesome experience, the lack of upgrade recognition for my loyalty was disappointing. I was aware of the high price point, but it didn't feel justified for the overall experience provided.
